Parent 2 Information

1. SCHOOL CALENDAR - PTL Treehouse follows the school year schedule for the EVERETT SCHOOL DISTRICT. We will observe all holidays and time off from school, including Winter/Mid-Winter/Spring Break, snow days, or any other nature-related school closures. There will be no make-up for missed school. PTL Treehouse is closed in August to prepare for the following school year.

2. Multi-child Discount - If you have two or more students enrolled at PTL Treehouse at the same time, we will provide a 10% tuition discount for each child after the first child’s full tuition. Upon the departure of the additional child, the remaining child’s tuition will return to normal tuition based on the current school year.

3. Vacation & Illness - PTL Treehouse reserves the right to call a parent to pick up the student if we feel that 1) it is not in the best interest of the student to be present at school due to illness and/or 2) if we feel that the student’s illness is going to impact rest of the class in a negative way. In the event of taking time off from school for vacation, please notify the school 2 weeks in advance. (No refunds or credit are given for vacations or any other time off)

4. Tuition Due Date - The tuition invoice will be emailed by the last day of the previous month. Tuition is due by the 1st Friday of each month. A $35 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by the due date.

5. Tuition Payment Options - Tuition payment options are Cash, Check, direct debit (from a bank account), and credit card. Credit card payments carry an additional 3.5% processing fee.  Please contact the office with any questions. There will be no refunds or credits provided for any reason. No exceptions. 

6. Trial Period/Termination Policies - The first two weeks of enrollment are probationary for both students/parents as well as PTL Treehouse. Parents or PTL Treehouse may terminate the enrollment agreement with 24 hours' notice during this period. Student/Parent is responsible for the tuition payment for the two weeks if they choose to withdraw from PTL Treehouse during the trial period. PTL Treehouse reserves the right to terminate the enrollment agreement if a student's parent/guardian refuses to follow the policies and guidelines of PTL Treehouse.

7. Registration Fee - Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $200 for first time students and $150 for returning students for the following school year.

8. Soccer Shots Program - Separate registration required for 3 and 5-day program students (Wednesday) Subject to change 

9. Return Check Fee - $60

10. Late Pick-up Fee - It is not good for your child and our students to feel left alone because their parents/guardians cannot pick them up on time. Please be sure to pick up your child during the pick-up window time.  (Exceptions will apply to extreme circumstances; however, traffic is not extreme circumstances). The penalty for late pick-up is as follows. It will be charged on the following month’s tuition invoice.  Charges will be applied to the following month's tuition based on check-out time from the Brightwheel App. $20 - 1 to 15 min late, $40 - 16 to 20 min late, $60 - 31 to 45 min late, $80 - 46 to 60 min late.
